Yes. billzova supports multi-brand operations from a single kitchen — each brand with its own menu, GSTIN, FSSAI, branding and invoice template. KOTs are brand-tagged on the kitchen display so chefs always know which brand they're preparing for.
Does billzova integrate with Zomato / Swiggy?
Direct aggregator APIs are on our roadmap. Today, most cloud kitchens enter aggregator orders into billzova once (via web POS or tablet) to keep KOT routing, inventory, and reports unified — this still saves a huge amount of time and prevents missed orders.
Can KOTs be routed to different stations?
Yes. Tag each menu item with a station (tandoor, Chinese, beverages, dessert) once. billzova then prints / displays each item to the right station automatically.
How do I track food cost per brand?
Link each dish to its recipe / raw materials. billzova auto-deducts stock on every bill, computes dish-level food cost, and shows per-brand profitability reports.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. billzova is online + offline — orders, KOTs, bills and payments work without internet, sync to the cloud automatically when connection returns.
