You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and Billzova account at any time. Submit the form below and we will process it within 30 days.
What data does Billzova hold?
Account information
Name, email, phone number, restaurant name, and login credentials.
Operational data
Orders, billing history, menu items, tables, staff records, and inventory.
Financial records
Payment history and GST invoices (some records may be retained by law — see note below).
Your rights
- Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data
- Request an export of your data before deletion
- Request correction of inaccurate information we hold
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
Note on financial records
GST invoices and payment records may need to be retained for up to 7 years under the GST Act (India). We will delete all other data and clearly notify you of any records we are legally required to keep.
