These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of BillPanda, including the dashboard, POS app, billing tools, reporting, and related services.

Acceptance of terms

  • By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, using the POS app, or paying for BillPanda, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you use BillPanda on behalf of a restaurant or business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

Use of the service

  • BillPanda is provided for restaurant billing, order management, menu management, table management, staff access, and reporting.
  • You agree to provide accurate account and restaurant information and to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
  • You are responsible for checking bills, tax settings, prices, discounts, and reports before using them for business or compliance decisions.

Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, staff PINs, devices, and account access.
  • Actions performed from your account or staff accounts may be treated as authorized actions by your restaurant.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

Payments and subscriptions

  • Paid plans, setup charges, support charges, and add-ons will be communicated before purchase or activation.
  • Failure to pay subscription or service charges may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of access.
  • Prices, features, limits, and plans may change with prior notice where practical.

Service availability

  • We aim to keep BillPanda reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Service may be affected by internet issues, hosting provider downtime, database provider downtime, maintenance, device issues, or third-party failures.

Limitations of liability

  • BillPanda is provided as business software. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, incorrect entries, or decisions made using reports.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the three months before the claim.

Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.
  • After termination, access to the dashboard, POS, reports, or data may be limited according to our retention and legal obligations.
