Subscription fees
- Monthly and yearly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
- No partial refund is provided for unused days in a billing period unless required by law or approved by BillPanda in writing.

Setup and onboarding fees
- Setup, installation, menu entry, training, and onboarding fees are non-refundable once the work has started or been completed.
- If setup work has not started, you may request cancellation and refund review within 24 hours of payment.

Duplicate or mistaken payments
- If you make a duplicate payment or pay an incorrect amount by mistake, contact support with payment proof.
- Verified duplicate or excess payments may be refunded or adjusted against future invoices.

Service issues
- If a paid service cannot be activated due to a verified issue on our side, we may offer a fix, extension, credit, or refund depending on the case.
- Refunds are not provided for issues caused by incorrect customer data, device problems, internet outages, third-party downtime, or misuse of the platform.

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on payment provider, bank, and settlement timelines.
- To request a refund review, contact us with your restaurant name, registered email or phone, payment date, amount, and reason.
