In this tutorial, you'll set up your tables, and print your very first bill in Billzova. Start in your Billzova dashboard. Open Tables, and click Dining Settings. Type a floor or area name, like Private Area. Choose how many tables you need, and click Add. The tables are created instantly. To add a single table, click Add Table. Enter the table name and number, set the seating capacity, and choose its section. Click Add Table, and it appears on your floor. You can edit or delete any table later. Now open the POS. Your tables are grouped by floor, and you can filter by area. Occupied tables show the running amount. Tap a table, then tap items to add them. Use plus and minus to change quantity, or search by name or shortcode. Need a discount on one item? Tap its discount icon, and choose percent off, rupees off, or complimentary. Pick the payment mode, and tap Settle and Bill. Print the thermal receipt, or send a WhatsApp invoice. The table is free again. For takeaway, tap Takeaway, add items, and bill the same way. Booking an order for later, like a birthday cake? Tap Advance order. Add the customer, pickup date and time, kitchen notes, and any advance. Then tap Book and print slip. That's it!
