In this quick tutorial, you'll set up your printer, and design invoices that look exactly the way you want, in Billzova. Let's start in the Billzova POS app. Open Settings, and go to the Printing tab. First, choose how bills and KOT slips reach your printer. Print dialog asks every time, and works with any USB, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth printer. Silent printer prints straight to an installed printer, with no dialog. And Network printer sends directly to a Wi-Fi or LAN thermal printer, using its IP address. Pick your printer from the list. If you don't see it, click Refresh. Then click Save printer. Next, set the paper width. Choose three inch for standard printers, or two inch for compact ones. The print preview updates instantly. Printer and paper width are saved on each computer, so every counter can use its own printer. Now let's design the bill. Open your Billzova dashboard, go to Settings, then Bill design. This design applies to every device. Choose a layout. Modern centered, Modern left, or Classic, the simple original format. GST invoice shows the tax percentage on every item. And Clean three inch prints a big name and a big total. There's also Premium, and Minimal, for less paper. The preview on the right shows exactly what your printer will print. Under Spacing and text, choose from Extra compact to Large. Large makes KOT items bigger, and easier to read in the kitchen. Add a message at the bottom of the bill, like a thank-you note, or your offer of the week. Upload your logo. Black and white logos print best on thermal paper. You can also print a QR code, like your Google review link. Then click Save bill design. To set your bill numbers, add an optional prefix, like INV-, and set the current counter. Each printed bill adds one. Back in the POS, the Bill design card shows your current settings. Changes reach every computer within about a minute. Tip: turn on Print password, to ask for a PIN before a KOT or bill prints. That's it! Your printer and invoices are ready. Need help? Just message Billzova Support from the Chat tab.
