About the Role
Every restaurant that signs up for Billzova needs a smooth first week and reliable support after that. As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the voice restaurant owners and their staff hear when something isn't working — over call, WhatsApp, or in-app chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound support calls, WhatsApp messages, and chat queries from restaurant owners and staff
- Walk new customers through onboarding — menu setup, printer setup, staff accounts
- Troubleshoot billing, printing, and reporting issues, escalating to the technical team when needed
- Log every issue clearly so patterns can be spotted and fixed at the product level
- Follow up proactively with customers who haven't billed in a few days to check if they're stuck
Requirements
- Clear, patient communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable on the phone and typing quickly in chat
- Basic comfort with using apps/software — you don't need to code, but you shouldn't be afraid of a settings screen
- Calm under pressure — a restaurant mid-dinner-rush with a billing issue needs a fast, clear answer
